The information in Sections 1, 2, and 3 of this Policy provides those disclosures.
6. Marketing communications and your consent
We send marketing emails and text messages only to guests who have specifically checked the marketing-consent box on our sign-in form. By checking that box, you agree to receive promotional emails and text messages from Wicked Wolf, including news, events, drink and food specials, and offers near your birthday. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by emailing privacy@wickedwolfatlanta.com. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of WiFi access.
7. Children
Our guest WiFi service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe we have collected information from a child under thirteen, please contact us at privacy@wickedwolfatlanta.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Wicked Wolf Free Wi-Fi network itself is open and unencrypted; you should assume that other guests on the same network could observe unencrypted traffic between your device and the internet, and you should avoid transmitting sensitive information over the guest WiFi.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
