Wicked Wolf Atlanta ("Wicked Wolf," "we," "our," or "us") operates a guest WiFi service at our venue located at 1080 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 7, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you connect to our guest WiFi, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

We use the technical information described above to authenticate your device on our network, prevent abuse, troubleshoot connectivity, and meet our network-security obligations.

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or other legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wicked Wolf, our guests, or the public.

4. How long we keep your information

If you have opted in to marketing communications, we retain your information for twenty-four (24) months from the date of your most recent visit, after which it is automatically deleted from our systems.

If you have not opted in to marketing communications, we retain your information for six (6) months from the date of submission, after which it is automatically deleted.

We may retain limited information for longer when required by law (for example, to maintain consent records under federal telemarketing law) or to resolve disputes.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. The information in Sections 1, 2, and 3 of this Policy provides those disclosures.

6. Marketing communications and your consent

We send marketing emails and text messages only to guests who have specifically checked the marketing-consent box on our sign-in form. By checking that box, you agree to receive promotional emails and text messages from Wicked Wolf, including news, events, drink and food specials, and offers near your birthday. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by emailing privacy@wickedwolfatlanta.com. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of WiFi access.

7. Children

Our guest WiFi service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe we have collected information from a child under thirteen, please contact us at privacy@wickedwolfatlanta.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Wicked Wolf Free Wi-Fi network itself is open and unencrypted; you should assume that other guests on the same network could observe unencrypted traffic between your device and the internet, and you should avoid transmitting sensitive information over the guest WiFi.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
