Terms of Service
Effective: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the guest WiFi network operated by Wicked Wolf Atlanta ("Wicked Wolf," "we," "our," or "us") at 1080 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 7, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. By connecting to our guest WiFi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
We offer guest WiFi as a complimentary courtesy to patrons of our venue. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular speed. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the guest WiFi to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity, or activity that violates the rights of any third party
- Transmit, reproduce, distribute, or store material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property rights
- Send unsolicited bulk email, "spam," or other unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system, network, or account that you do not own or have permission to access
- Distribute viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code
- Engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or any conduct that violates the rights or safety of others
- Stream or download copyrighted material without authorization
- Use the network in a manner that imposes an unreasonably large load on the network or interferes with other guests' use, including by running peer-to-peer file-sharing applications, cryptocurrency miners, or persistent automated systems
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the guest WiFi at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
3. No warranty
The guest WiFi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. The guest WiFi network is open and unencrypted. Communications on this network may be visible to other users of the network. You should not rely on the guest WiFi for emergency communications, financial transactions, or the transmission of confidential information.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wicked Wolf, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers (including SkyYield) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the guest WiFi, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the guest WiFi will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any limitation in this Section is held to be unenforceable under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wicked Wolf and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the guest WiFi, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the guest WiFi will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia (or, for federal matters, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wicked Wolf regarding the guest WiFi, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the guest WiFi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
